- Begin drafting your guest list. Be sure to consider your child’s:
- school friends
- neighbourhood friends
- hobby and sports group friends
- When drafting your guest list, be sure to consider how much space your venue has. If you are booking a space in an activity centre, be sure to confirm whether there are any limitations on the number of children that are allowed in the venue or that are included in your party fee.
Final Confirmation Calls
Once your RSVP date has past, feel free to make a quick call to all invitees who have not yet RSVP'ed to confirm whether they are attending the party. This will enable you to finalise your list of guests and decide on whether you have enough food and beverages or need to purchase a little extra.
