Party bags otherwise known as loot or lolly bags are given as a token of appreciation from the party child to their guests. These bags can be the traditional small plastic or paper gift bags or more recently, little chinese takeaway boxes made from cardboard or plastic. Bags and boxes can be purchased from most party shops or Spotlight stores.

• Mini reading books like Mr Men and Little Miss

Tips and Tricks

• All of the above-mentioned crafts, party favours and small trinkets can be purchased from most party shops or bargain stores.
• Rather than purchase lollies and chocolates for both your party bags and your piñatas, why not:
• Purchase and insert your small trinkets and craft items into your party bags (pre-party)
• Hand them out just before the final party game: the piñata
• Once the piñata is broken, get the kids to fill their bags with as many lollies as they can gather - this creates yet another fun and exciting game!
